生産性
Vertmax Oneは、2つの吸引カップを備えた独立型キャリッジを2つ搭載しています。これらのキャリッジはガラスをサイズ、形状、加工などに応じて自動的に最適な力でホールドするため、余計な手間がかかりません。他のマシンにはない生産性と柔軟性により、あらゆるタイプのガラスのバッチ加工が可能です。
キャリッジが再配置されるため、どんなタイプの加工でもガラスをマシンから外してまたセットし直すことなく実行できます。プロセスはインテリジェントなICソフトウェアで完全に管理されるため、Vertmax ONEは操作が極めてシンプルです。

Vertmax Oneはドア、シャワーボックス、手すり、内装/外装設備の生産に最適な縦型加工機です。最大3000x1500mmのシートの加工に対応し、ガラスをマシンから移動させたり、セットし直したりする必要がありません。インテリジェントなICソフトウェアでプロセス全体を管理するため、極めて容易に使いこなすことができます。
