Thank you for visiting our stand at The Natural Stone Show 2019, the UK’s only tradeshow dedicated to the natural stone industry. The 280m2 stand showcased various world-leading processing solutions, specially selected for the UK stone manufacturer. Intermac UK also demonstrated something new to the sector that meet the increasing popularity and demand for large format ceramic materials: the Genius RS-A. This Cutting Table offers in fact a fast, accurate and dry cutting solution for ceramic materials up to 20mm.

The full range of high-tech Damut tools and solutions for stone processing was present at the event too.

SOPHIA

Flexible integration

Thanks to SOPHIA, an IOT service platform, the process of factory digitalisation is further made a reality. This new platform, implemented in the wood sector and as of September also available for Intermac, provides, through an intuitive dashboard, real time information and data from machines distributed around the world. The data collected makes it possible to monitor production, analyse the functioning of the machinery, identify malfunctions, assist clients in maintenance operations, order replacement parts in less time, and conduct predictive maintenance.
